The three-layer twin-screw bubble film extruder consists of a primary extrusion system (single-screw extruder), a secondary extrusion system (single-screw extruder), a forming unit, a winding unit, and an electronic control system. The raw material is first extruded by the primary extruder. Then, the bubble film is laminated with the third layer of PE film by the secondary extrusion system.
Three-layer bubble film is a chemical product suitable for packaging that is impact-resistant, moisture-proof, and shock-resistant. It is non-toxic and odorless, and has excellent shock absorption, impact resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and transparency. Bubble film can be used as packaging for mechanical parts and glass. It can also be used as a cushioning film for swimming pools.
