Machine Overview
2600 Type Three-Layer Upper Rotary Blown Film Machine takes polyethylene pellets and turns them into multi-layer film through a continuous co-extrusion process. Three separate extruders melt the resin, combine the streams inside a rotating ABC die head, and inflate the material into a stable bubble. After cooling and flattening, the film is wound into large rolls ready for further processing. The upper rotary design keeps the bubble rotating so thickness stays even across the full width.
This is a high-configuration three-layer system built for packaging plants that need reliable film for bags and wraps. The machine runs HDPE and LLDPE, produces film between 0.01 mm and 0.10 mm thick, and delivers output from 100 kg to 260 kg per hour. Automatic tension control, dual-lip air-ring cooling, and computer-managed winding reduce the need for constant operator adjustment.
Specific Applications
The film produced by this machine goes into a wide range of packaging products:
1. Base film for supermarket shopping bags and vest-style carrier bags that need good tensile strength and clean sealing edges.
2. Material for household and commercial rubbish bags where multi-layer construction improves puncture resistance.
3. Film rolls that are later converted into courier and express bags requiring uniform surface quality for printing.
4. Packaging film for food items, stationery, garments, and general merchandise that benefit from better barrier and durability.
5. Protective industrial wraps and light packaging film used in warehouses and manufacturing plants.
These uses stay within the published thickness and width capabilities and focus on everyday packaging demand rather than specialty barrier or medical grades.
Practical Solutions
Uneven film thickness that causes sealing failures or printing defects is reduced by the rotating ABC die head and controlled screw speeds.
Frequent stops for manual roll changes that cut into production time are largely eliminated by the automatic computer-controlled winding system.
Bubble instability and high scrap rates are lowered through the dual-lip air ring and multiple body-cooling fans.
Dependence on external film suppliers that creates delivery delays and quality variation is removed by producing the film in-house.
These practical improvements help plants keep film quality steady and production running with fewer interruptions.
