    Production Features

    From feeding to winding the process is straightforward. Material is manually loaded into the hopper, plasticized by stainless-steel heater bands, and blown through the die. A dual air ring cools and stabilizes the bubble. The haul-off section uses silicone rollers and aluminum guide rollers with a speed range of 0–80 m/min. Final take-up is handled by a simple friction-type single-station winder. The die has a 50 mm caliber and supports ABA-style configurations when required. 

    This machine is not designed for ultra-high-speed large-scale lines. It targets mid-range output, reliable quality, and lower overall investment.
