    Strict quality control and full-link detection system

    From the entry of raw materials to the delivery of the whole machine, 32 full-link detection processes are carried out, covering core links such as pressure resistance testing, fatigue life simulation, and temperature control accuracy calibration. We use third-party international certifications (such as CE, ISO) to ensure that each device has an ultra-long service life and low failure rate, and win the reputation of global customers with "zero defect" quality.

  • Demand analysis and customized design

    Customer scenario research: Determine equipment functions, production capacity and material adaptability based on customer needs (such as the production of agricultural films, food packaging bags, etc.).

    Modular solution output: Support free combination of functional modules (such as multi-layer co-extrusion die heads, intelligent temperature control systems).

  • Precision machining of core components

    Raw material selection:
    Screw/barrel: 38CrMoAl alloy steel, hardness ≥HRC60, wear resistance life increased by 3 times.
    Die head: special stainless steel (such as SUS630), mirror polished to Ra≤0.2μm.

    CNC precision machining:
    Screw machining: five-axis linkage CNC machine tool machining, screw groove depth error ≤±0.01mm.
    Die head flow channel machining: slow wire cutting (accuracy ±0.005mm) + ECM electrolytic polishing to ensure melt flow uniformity.

    Surface strengthening treatment:
    Nitriding/carburizing treatment: The surface hardness of the screw is increased to HV1200, and the corrosion resistance is increased by 50%.

  • Intelligent assembly and debugging

    Modular pre-installation:
    Transmission system: servo motor and reducer coaxiality calibration (error ≤ 0.02mm).
    Temperature control system: heating ring PID group control, temperature zone fluctuation ≤ ± 1 ° C.

    Complete machine assembly:
    Laser alignment instrument calibrates the extruder and die center line, coaxiality ≤ 0.05mm.
    Integrated HMI human-machine interface, preset multiple process recipes (such as LDPE/HDPE switching parameters).

    72-hour joint debugging test:
    Full-load operation test: monitor extrusion stability (error ≤ ± 1.5%).
    Fault simulation drill: automatic alarm system response time < 0.5 seconds.

  • Full-link quality inspection system

    Incoming material inspection:
    Spectral analysis of metal materials (OES inspection) to prevent inferior steel from mixing in.

    Process inspection:
    Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) verifies die flatness (≤0.005mm/m).
    High-pressure air tightness test: Die pressure resistance ≥35MPa, no leakage.

    Final inspection of the whole machine:
    Film trial production: Online thickness gauge detects thickness fluctuation (≤±3%).
    CE/ISO certification test: Ground resistance <0.1Ω, emergency stop response <0.1 second.
